Aurora
Gjoka, 18 years old.
I am 18 years old and I am my third year of the secondary school.
Seeing the present political situation here in Albania, there are
a lot of things that don't function as they should and there is a
big need, so I feel bad about the conditions of my country. Even though
the system has been changed 15 years ago, the leaders miss out too
much on the proper leading of the country and according to me, the
young people have to bring a fresh breeze into the actual political
situation so we can build our Albania. My goal is to study political
science and after then, work in this field, to help Albania achieve
the standards that should have by now. |

this profession. I want to work for me and my family, because we need
money to support ourselves. In the same time, I want to take English
lessons because I like a lot this language. |
Elvira

I live in Albania. I like and proud to be Albanian. Even though I
feel in this way about my nationality, I feel sorry that many things
don't go as they should. One of the many things is the corruption
phenomenon. My goal is exactly to finish the university, to become
a lawyer, in order to fight the endemic corruption and the traffic
of human beings. Apart from this, actually I am studding forest engineering.
After I finish the university, I want to work, giving my contribution
for the improvement of the environment, for less pollution that has
taken over the place, even though that is not my main goal. |
Mirjeta
Rrucaj, 21 years.
For various economical reasons and because of the closed mentality
of the people around me, I couldn't continue the high school full
time. So, I had to continue through correspondence - system studies.
During this time I have also been working at the social center as
a animator. I have come to realize that I like and I feel good doing
this kind of work. My goal is to finish high school and then start
a training to be a social operator. Only in this way I can help myself
and my family economically. |
Aleksander
Imeraj, 20 years old.
My goal is to work in the field of business. The reason why? First,
I want to create chances to myself and my family of having a better
living, and second, to work for Albania because I have realized that
most of young people go abroad to work, meanwhile the biggest need
of work is in Albania. The young people are those who have to build
the future of this country. The road that I will follow in order to
fulfill this goal of mine is by starting the university in business
degree. |
